Ghana U20 coach Sellas Tetteh is taking tips from Black Stars coach Avram Grant as he seeks to defeat Nigeria in the semi-final of the 2015 Africa Youth Championship in Senegal later today.

The former Chelsea manager has been watching the Black Satellites from the sidelines of their training sessions in Senegal ahead of the match to be played in Dakar on Wednesday night.

Ghana and Nigeria will clash in what is branded ” the final before the finals” after the latter came second in Group B to meet their perennial rivals who topped their group.

Grant was seen chatting with Tetteh after last night's training session which has sparked hopes that he could spring his magic that helped Black Stars reach the final of the 2015 AFCON.

Ghana and Nigeria have met six times at this stage with the Black Satellites prevailing four times.

Black Stars of Ghana gaffer, Avram Grant, has been drafted to provide technical support to the Satellites at the African Youth Championship, Senegal 2015.

Grant was joined by other two coaching staff from the AFCON.

Two video analysts – Michael Otchere and Gerard Nus – as well as physical trainer, Jamie Lawrence, who were on the backroom of the Black Stars team at the African Cup of Nations have joined the Satellites team

The Ghana FA says the decision to beef up coach Sellas Tetteh’s bench is to help ‘raise the bar as far as the level of the Black Stars’ as Ghana aim to win the coveted trophy at the end of the 19th Africa Youth Championship.

The Black Satellites are three-time winners of the AYC and finished as runners-up at the last edition in 2013.

The winner will meet that of Senegal and Mali fixed for Thursday.
