Ghana midfielder Edwin Gyimah will complete his move to South African giants Orlando Pirates this week, according to his agent.

The Ghanaian midfielder, who spent last season on loan at Mpumalanga Black Aces from SuperSport United, has long been sought after by the Buccaneers.

Gyimah’s transfer to Orlando Pirates looks to have been completed after the player posted a picture of himself in the club’s colours.

He trained with the side on Friday and his agent Mike Makaab admits that the deal will be sealed this week.

Makaab said: "We hope to finalize early next week. It's almost done."

Gyimah will become the Bucs’ seventh off-season signing after Gift Motupa (Baroka FC), Felipe Ovono (Deportivo Mongomo, Equatorial Guinea), Tendai Ndoro (Mpumalanga Black Aces), Luvuyo Memela (Cape Town All Stars), Thembinkosi Lorch (Maluti FET College) and Roger Majafa (Polokwane City).
