Ghana Football Association president Kwesi Nyantakyi says the Black Stars Nations Cup group is a tough one and admits the team have been unlucky with draws in recent times.

The Black Stars were drawn in Group C alongside two former champions Algeria and South Africa and a resurgent Senegal side.

Nyantakyi says Ghana face a herculean task.

“We are unlucky very unlucky to be grouped in alongside Algeria, Senegal and South Africa,” Nyantakyi told Accra based Montie FM

“Some will argue that when you want to win you play against the best but if you are not careful too your team is worn out.

“The competition is very keen and we will have to work hard to win it.”
