Ghana attacker Jordan Ayew came off the bench to make his debut for English Premier League side Aston Villa in their 2-2 stalemate with Wolverhampton Wanderers in a pre-season friendly on Tuesday evening. 

The 23-year-old stepped onto the pitch for the first time in the Villa shirt just one day after joining the English Premier League side from French side Lorient.

when manager Tim Sherwood introduced him as a 77th minute replacement for forward Libor Kozák.

The Czech forward had scored both goals for Villa before paving way for Jordan who joined the Birmingham-based side from French Ligue 1 side Lorient.

Jordan arrived at Aston Villa on a five-year-contract on Monday after completing 14 million Euros move from Lorient.
