Turkish champions, Galatasaray have completed the signing of Nigeria international Tosin Demehin, following her departure from French Division 1 Féminine side Stade Reims, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

Demehin, a skilled centre-back, spent two successful seasons with Reims, making 26 league appearances.

The 20-year-old's arrival bolsters Galatasaray's defensive options as they seek to defend their Turkish Women's League title and secure a spot in the UEFA Women's Champions League group stage.

Galatasaray currently face a stiff challenge in the Champions League playoffs, having been held to a 2-2 draw by Sparta Prague in the first leg of their tie.
