Young forward, Sylvester Alexander Jasper, believes that he has what it takes to represent the Three Lions of England, the Lions of Bulgaria or the Super Eagles of Nigeria at senior International level.
Alexander who was born in England to a Bulgarian mother and a Nigerian Father, has already represented the Three Lions of England and the Lions of Bulgaria at youth level.
The exciting winger was capped by England twice in the Under 15 level and currently has five caps for the Bulgarian Under 21 team.
The forward who is on loan at Bristol Rovers from Fulham stated in an Interview with Bristol World, that he has not yet made up his mind on the country he will represent at senior International level.
However, he trusts that he will have a good International career with any team he chooses to represent.
“My mum is fully Bulgarian, last season, I represented them for the first time.My dad is from Nigeria,” the Played explained.
“It was a nice experience; my family are from Bulgaria, and my family got to see me play for the first time live, which was cool.”
“I haven’t decided what country I am going to be playing for yet. I could represent England, Nigeria, or Bulgaria. I feel like I am good enough to play for all three, personally.”
“I’m taking it one step at a time. I’ve got to establish a place in the team and start playing how I know I can play. We’ll see what happens.”
Jasper started off his youth career with Queen’s Park Rangers at 9 before moving to Fulham two years later. The 21 year old has had loan spells at EFL League Two side Colchester United, Scottish Premiership Outfit, Hibernian FC and currently with Bristol Rovers.
