Frank Lampard urges perspective after Coventry’s 4-1 win over Newcastle

Coventry head coach Frank Lampard said his side must “keep a clear-headed perspective on things” after their 4-1 victory over Newcastle in the sixth round of the Premier League.

The result marked a commanding win for Coventry, who are competing in the top flight of English football for the first time in a long while.

Despite the emphatic scoreline, Lampard called for a measured response as his team continue their campaign. Coventry’s victory moved them to 14th in the Premier League table, with six points.
