The Flying Eagles of Nigeria warming up for their next U-20 AFCON 2017 qualifiers against Sudan warmed up for the encounter by beating Super Lion Academy 4-0 in a friendly game. Funsho Bamgboye opened scoring for the Nigerian team in the 5th minutes before West Ham United and Sporting Lisbon target Chukwudi Agor doubled the Amuneke lead lads in the 30th minute.

Four minutes after Agor’s goal, trialist Elijah punished Super Lions by scoring the third goal to give the Nigeria U-20s a respectable 3-0 lead going into the half time break.

Five minutes after the restart top striker Victor Osimhen wrapped up the victory with the fourth goal to completely kill off any hope of Super Lions Academy staging a late fight.

Since defeating Burundi 3-1 on aggregate in the last qualifying round the team has now won the two test games they have played as they gear up for their next qualifiers against Sudan in three weeks time.
