Flick explains Rodri Hernandez’s PSG bench role before Real Madrid test

Barcelona manager Hansi Flick says Rodri Hernandez was given additional rest before Sunday’s La Liga meeting with Real Madrid.

The midfielder was named among the substitutes for Barcelona’s Champions League match against Paris Saint-Germain on Wednesday, which the Catalan side lost 4-2. Rodri Hernandez came on during the second half.

Barcelona will host Real Madrid on Sunday, 25 October. The home side go into the match top of the table, while Real Madrid are in third place.
