Five-star Reds thrill Klopp
Jurgen Klopp has urged his Liverpool players to replicate the performance they produced in Wednesday's 5-0 victory against Watford.
The Reds roared back to form following a recent sticky spell that had seen them draw in the Premier League with Leicester City, West Ham and Manchester United and be held to a goalless draw at Anfield by Bayern Munich in the Champions League.
However, two early goals by Sadio Mane set Liverpool up for an easy win with Divock Origi adding a third before Virgil van Dijk headed home two late efforts.
The three points have left Liverpool at 6/4 to win the Premier League title this season while they can be backed at 4/7 to beat Everton in the Merseyside derby at Goodison Park on Sunday.
"It was exactly the game we wanted," said Klopp afterwards.
"Everyone has performed on a really, really high level and still you have to say both centre-halves played defensively an outstanding game and the goalkeeper had to make two outstanding saves.
"It was really a fantastic football game. I am really happy for the boys because they deserve it so much. We drew against Bayern and against United and everyone talks about - I don't know exactly what - different things, which I don't really understand.
"We want to play like this every day and that's maybe sometimes possible and sometimes a bit less, but you have to be stable. So, let's try to do it again and again."
