Ahead of the highly anticipated FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup, the world governing football body have completed the draws with Nigeria U-17 Flamingos pitted in the same group as Canada, France and Samoa, Nigeriasoccernet.com writes.

The 2025 edition of the tournament in Morocco marks a historic milestone as it will be the first time the event expands to include 24 national teams, all competing in matches hosted entirely within the capital city. Additionally, it represents a significant moment for the continent, as it is the first time that this prestigious global competition will be held on African soil.

All groupings:

Group A: Morocco, Brazil, Italy, Costa Rica. Group B: Korea DPR, Mexico, Cameroon, Netherlands. Group C: USA, Ecuador, China PR, Norway. Group D: Nigeria, Canada, France, Samoa. Group E: Spain, Colombia, Korea Republic, Côte d'Ivoire. Group F: Japan, New Zealand, Zambia, Paraguay.

Bankole Olowokere led Flamingos would be hoping to better their third place finish which came back in 2022 in the FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup which will be contested from 17 October to 8 November.
