Farke welcomes Fahrmann addition
Norwich City boss Daniel Farke believes he has made a good addition to his squad by drafting in goalkeeper Ralf Fahrmann on a season-long loan from Schalke.
The 30-year-old German arrives at Carrow Road to provide competition to Tim Krul for a starting spot, with the Dutchman having recently signed a new three-year contract with the Canaries.

Fahrmann had been the regular first choice between the sticks for Schalke for the best part of five seasons, but last term he was pushed down the pecking order by Alexander Nubel and has been allowed to move on and join the Premier League new boys.
Farke told his club's official website: "It was important to bring another goalkeeper in and our target was always to bring in the best goalkeeper we could get. We are convinced that Ralf is totally the right choice.
"He is a pretty experienced guy, played at the top level and has many appearances in the Champions League and Bundesliga.
"We are unbelievably careful when we bring in new signings, as it's not only about their quality as a player, but also about the personality and we all get the feeling that he is a perfect fit to our squad."
Fahrmann has made nearly 200 Bundesliga appearances to date, having also won one cap for the Germany Under-21s side.
Meanwhile, City are available at 10/11 to be relegated next season, with the Canaries 10/11 to avoid the drop.
