Naija Ratels, Honey Badgers and Sunshine Queens all booked their places in the next round of 16 of the President Federation Cup on Wednesday, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
Naija Ratels spanked Youth Sport FC of Abuja 7-0 in the Abuja derby to ensure qualification into next phase of the competition at the Lafia City Stadium.
Agama Ziperekefeghe scored a hattrick on 14, 20 and 59 minutes while Igbokwe Joy on 37 minute, Adeshina Tumuninu on 86, Isebe on 89 and Ikpa Janet on 90 plus 2 minutes ensured the comfortable win.
Honey Badgers defeated Plateau United Queens 3-1 at the Lafia Township Stadium.
Injimaco opened score on 25 minute to give Badgers the lead in the first half.
Joy Ikyaah doubled the lead from the spot on 49 minute before Injimaco scored her second of the day and Honey Badgers' third on 65 minute.
Juliet Abwo received a long pass, charged into the yard and got fouled for a penalty that was converted by Deborah Okorafor to give the Queens a consolation on 84 minute.
