Ghanaian champions Asante Kotoko will clash with Great Olympics for the 2015 Independence Cup on March 6, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively.

The two sides will square off at the Accra sports stadium to commemorate the country’s 58th  Independence anniversary.

The contest is expected to attract large crowd to the venue as it pits two of the greatest ‘friends’ on the domestic scene.

Olympics on the other hand have endured a difficult start to life on their Premier League return as they lie in the relegation trap net.

Olympics and Kotoko are highly regarded as ‘friends’ with both sets of supporters supporting each other in clashes against Hearts of Oak.
