GHANASoccernet.com can exclusively report that teenager Caleb Salifu Gomina has signed a four-year contract with Portuguese top-flight side Moreirense.

The 18-year-old, who played for Ghana at the 2013 CAF U17 tournament in Morocco, moves to Portugal from Sporting Accra Club.

Gomina will train with the senior side of Moreirense but will be available to play for the club’s junior side to aid his development.

He has been knocking on the doors of European club since becoming a youth international.

Last year, he trained with Scottish side St. Mirren Saints but the Paisley club explained the player was invited to their Ralston training HQ as a ‘cultural exchange.’
