Controversial ex-Hearts coach Mohammed Polo has blamed the side’s poor form on Neil Armstrong-Mortagbe, labeling him as the 'worst' director in the club's history.

The former Ghana international claims Mortagbe should shoulder the blame for the club’s downward spiral for his poor handling of the club during his tenure.

Mortagbe, a FIFA marketing consultant dismissed Polo during his tenure as the club’s chief director but followed suit weeks after over allegations of financial malfeasance.

And the ‘dribbling magician’ has launched a sensational attack on him, blaming him for the side’s unfaltering campaign this term.

“Neil Armstrong should be blamed for this. He is the worse CEO I have ever come across. He is the course of all this problems because of the bad way he managed the Club,” he told Accra-based Atinka Fm.

“He managed the Club poorly and has left the Club suffering. I don’t blame anybody than Neil Armstrong. His bad management skills have left the team this way.”
