Turkish-based defender Joseph Attamah donated items to the Ghana U20 team as they continue to prepare for the 2015 African Youth Championships.

The team us currently in camp as the competition heats up between 30 players for limited spots in the final team for March’s tournament to be staged in Senegal.

Ghana is drawn in Group B where they will be facing South Africa, Mali and Zambia.

Joseph Attamah who made his name with the previous generation of the Black Satellites visited the team during training earlier in the week where he made the donation.

He interacted with the coaches and officials present while sharing his experiences and inspired the team.

The former Tema Youth player now plays his club football with second tier Turkish club Adana Desmirspor.

He was part of the Black Satellites team that won bronze at the 2013 U20 World Cup staged in Turkey.
