Former Ghana midfield power house Mohammed Gargo, is close to taking up the coaching position of premier league strugglers BA United after holding talks with club executives this week.
Gargo, has had stints with Real Tamale United and New Edubiase as head coach since hanging up his boots.
Sources close to Gargo have confirmed to Ghanasoccernet.com that Gargo has held meetings with high ranking members of BA United on the view of taking up the coaching position.
“Gargo has been holding meetings with some of the top officials of BA United and it won’t be long before he takes up the job,” A source close to Gargo told Ghanasoccernet.com
“The idea of coaching the club certainly interests him.”
BA United languish at the base of the First Capital Plus premier league with just 7 points from nine games.
