Ghanaian youth forward Eugene Ansah has secured Uefa Europa League ticket with Lokeren for next season after they finished top of the play-offs on Saturday.

Lokeren secured the price after hammering KV Oostende 6-1 in the final game of the play-offs games at the Daknamstadion.

This means the former Liberty Professionals will play in Europe's second-tier club competition for the second time if he remains at the club next season.

He made his debut in the competition this season as Lokeren were unable to progress.

Ansah, 20, scored twice in 10 appearances for Lokeren in a season he enjoyed most of with Lokeren's second team.

On Saturday when KV Oostende was being put to the sword, the young strike was made to keep his vision on the bench for the entire period of the game.
