Nigeria  International Wilfred Ndidi is finally back to training at the club Seagrave training ground. He missed Leicester’s last four Premier League matches after being substituted at half-time against Nottingham Forest at the start of this month.

He suffered an hamstring injury that sidelined him for the majority of October, with manager Brendan Rodgers admitting after last weekend’s win against Wolverhampton Wanderers that they “didn’t want to take the risk” of involving the returning midfielder at Molineux.

Leicester City midfielder Ndidi was seen taking up training drills ahead of this weekend’s Premier League clash against champions Manchester City.

One image shows Ndidi in contact and trying to win possession back of first-team physiotherapist Gary Silk, who is shielding a football from the midfielder. The others show the player working at drills with and without the ball, on his own, with no teammates featured in the photos suggesting that team training was not yet on the agenda.
