Enyimba landed safely in Tunisia on Monday morning ahead of Wednesday's CAF Champions League game against Etoile du Sahel.

After leaving Lagos on Sunday with a Royal Air Maroc plane, the team spent a night in Casablanca, Morocco before embarking on the final stretch of the journey to the capital city of Tunis.

No Etoile du Sahel representative was on ground to receive the team but luckily, officials from the Nigerian embassy ensured the 32-man contingent had a quick and easy check out of the Aeroport de Tunis Carthage.

Etoile officials eventually arrived the airport with two buses and a saloon car that took the team to Monastir, a town just outside Sousse. Upon arrival in the coastal town, Enyimba checked into the Delphin Habib Hotel, a four-star resort on the edge of the Mediterranean Sea.

Etoile du Sahel officials announced later that day that Wednesday's kick-off has been pushed to 7 pm, instead of the original time of 6 pm. Enyimba hold a 3-0 advantage.
