Rangers International of Enugu were crowned champions of the state FA Cup after they won the final against Ingas at the Liberty Stadium in Enugu on Wednesday, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

The Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL side walloped Ingas Football Club by five goals to one to become winners of the competition.

Chidera Eze and Innocent Gabriel had given the Flying Antelopes a 2-0 lead on the 8 and 18th minute before Chidozie Okorie reduced the deficit four minutes later to put the score at 2-1.

Rangers would resume the second half with so much intensity to score three goals courtesy of Chidiebere Nwobodo in the 56th and a brace from Godwin Obaje in the 79th and 83rd minutes to sink their opponents at the end of 90 minutes.

As winners, Rangers will be the team to represent Enugu State in the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF organised FA Cup that will come up later in the year.
