Cyriel Dessers on Saturday reccorded an assist as Rangers were held to a 3-all draw by Hearts thanks to Kyosuke Tagawa's 90th plus five minutes goal at the Tynecastle Park, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

The Glasgow side had already lost the title to Celtic but were looking to finish on a high when they travelled to Hearts on Saturday afternoon.

With nothing left for both teams to play off on Saturday, Dessers failed to convert the plethora of chances presented to him which could have halped Rangers to a comfortable win.

His misses saw Rangesr fell behind their host as Lawrence Shankland scored his 31st goal of the season to give them the lead ging into the break, however, Ross McCausland equalised in the 52nd minute with a stunning shot off the post after evading two defenders before the Nigerian turned an assist provider as Todd Cantwell put Rangers ahead with a strike.

Dessers was then substituted for Senegalese winger Abdallah Sima as the game ended up 3-3 as Rangers attempt for a sixth uccessive win over Hearts failed.

Dessers ended the seasom for Ranger with 22 goals and 8 assists in 52 appearances across all competition.
