Great Olympics defender Dan Quaye remains defiant about their chances against struggling Asante Kotoko on Wednesday.

The Ghanaian champions are in the capital, Accra, where they battle fellow strugglers at the Accra sports stadium.

The two teams clash on the heels of recent poor performances with Kotoko the hardest hit with two-back-to-back defeats against Heart of Lions and New Edubiase.

But veteran defender Dan Quaye is confident the Wonder Club will sink their opponent.

"We have to vary our tactics against them (Kotoko). We know they are wounded but were also in a difficult situation," he said

"I believe we can beat them provided we put our minds to it.

"This game is a must-win for us and I'm confident about our chances."
