Cyriel Dessers first half strike makes the difference for Rangers
Nigeria Super Eagles striker, Cyriel Dessers was on the score sheet to propel Rangers to an away victory against St Mirren in the Scottish Premiership, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
Dessers solitary goal in the first half handed Philippe Clement’s side an important three points away from home at St Mirren Park.
John Lundstram's pass was received by Dessers who beat his marker before hitting a low left-footed shot to score in the 14th minute.
It could have been two goals for Dessers at the start of the second half, but his effort hit the woodwork as the score ended 1-0.
The former Cremonese player has now scored three goals in three games since the return from the winter break.
Rangers who sit second, 5 points behind Celtic play Livingston next in their match day 24 fixture on Saturday.
