Nigeria Super Eagles striker, Cyriel Dessers was the catalyst in Rangers victory over Dundee United in the Scottish Premier League, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

Dessers assist to Tom Lawrence earned Rangers to a hard fought away win at Tannadice.

The visitors got their groove on as early as the seventh minute and held on for the maximum points at the end of the final whistle.

Dessers flicked the ball into the path of Lawrence who drove forward into the box and sent a perfect finish over the goalkeeper.

The Nigerian striker was later substituted for the Hamza Igamane after 65 minute of action.

With the result, Rangers move third on the log with 10 points while Dundee United are fourth with 8 points after 5 matches.
