The Human Rights Division of an Accra High Court has adjourned the hearing of King Faisal’s latest injunction application to Friday.
This means the court has granted Wednesday’s midweek matches of the Ghana Premier League will go ahead.
King Faisal went to again last Friday seeking an order to restrain the Ghana FA from organizing and playing the 2014/2015 pending the passing of resolution to permit King Faisal automatically in the 2015/2016 season.
Analysts say Faisal could have gone an order from the court compelling the Ghana FA rather than seeking to halt the league.
