Clarke revels in Spurs switch
New Tottenham signing Jack Clarke says he is delighted to have joined one of the biggest clubs in England following his deal from Leeds United.
The 18-year-old has agreed a move to the north London outfit to work under manager Mauricio Pochettino but the teenager will continue his development on a loan deal with Leeds next season.
Having impressed in the Championship last term, a number of Premier League clubs were thought to be interested in his services.
Now completing his move to Tottenham, Clarke is happy to be at Spurs and looking forward to what the future holds in the capital.
He told the club's official website: "Ever since I've been growing up, I've seen Tottenham playing in the Premier League, they've always been there or thereabouts, pushing, being a top side.
"It's one of the biggest clubs in England, if not the world, and I'm just delighted to be a part of it."
Meanwhile, Tuesday also saw Spurs complete their record signing following the arrival of France midfielder Tanguy Ndombele.
The 22-year-old has signed a deal until 2025 after impressing in Ligue 1 with Lyon.
Spurs are thought to have splash 60m euros to bring the Frenchman to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
