Cech: Gunners can still progress
Veteran Arsenal goalkeeper Petr Cech remains confident that his side can progress to the quarter-finals of the Europa League, despite losing 3-1 at Rennes.
The defeat in the first leg of their last-16 tie leaves the Gunners with a major recovery task for the return at the emirates Stadium, with Cech admitting that the concession of a third goal late on in the game at the Roazhon Park.

He told the club's official website: "I think the biggest disappointment is the third goal because at 2-1, you go home and you know that there's a result where you've scored away at home and you can overcome it.
"We can still overcome a two-goal deficit, because in the end the goal we scored might play a big part, but we made it a little bit harder for ourselves.
"At home we can win. We created some chances here, so we have to be positive. We've done it in the past where we’ve been 2-0 down and have overcome the deficit."
The loss also came at the expense of a red card for centre-back Sokratis Papastathopoulos, who will miss the second leg against Rennes as a result.
Before they get the chance to progress in Europe, the Gunners have the small task of trying to halt the Manchester United bandwagon at the Emirates on Sunday.
The Red Devils have lost just once in 17 games in all competitions since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer took charge and are 2/1 to win at in the capital on Sunday.
