CD Feirense have announced that forward Basit Ahmed will be part of Ricardo Costa's squad for the 2025-26 season, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

Portuguese Liga 2 side, CD Feirense, has recalled Nigerian striker Ahmed Basit to the first team after his impressive loan spell at Florgrade FC, where he netted 26 goals in 33 matches to finish as the league’s top scorer.

The 21-year-old Nigerian joined Feirense from Beyond Limits Football Academy in 2022 and has previously spent three seasons on loan at Vila Real and Florgrade.

Basit, who can play as a winger or forward, will wear the number 47 jersey according to the club.
