Busquets expecting big things from Griezmann
Experienced midfielder Sergio Busquets believes his new Barcelona team-mate Antoine Griezmann will have a big impact at the Camp Nou this season.
After months of speculation, France striker Griezmann finally secured a move from Atletico Madrid to Barca this summer, in a 120million euro deal.
Competition will be high for places, with the likes of Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez, Philippe Coutinho and Ousmane Dembele already with the Bluagrana.
Busquets is delighted to have Griezmann on board and feels Barca are in a strong position with the talented Frenchman arriving.
"The signing of Griezmann is good for everyone," the 31-year-old told reporters. "It will make us better as a team and will increase competition.
"The problem will be for the coach, who will have to choose [from a strong squad]. The important thing is to make the team solid. He's fitting in well with the team, style and philosophy.
"The three new ones are integrating well, they are good team-mates. For us it's a pleasure."
Barcelona are 4/6 to win the La Liga title this season, while arch rivals Real Madrid are 6/4 to secure the Spanish crown.
