Black Stars coaches monitoring players from all national teams, says Maxwell Konadu
Maxwell Konadu insists fair opportunities will be given to players from the other national teams to have a chance of breaking into the Black Stars.
The Black Stars have been dominated by foreign-based players in recent years.
Only goalkeepers on the domestic scene appear to have a genuine chance of joining the side.
But the team’s assistant coach Maxwell Konadu says players are being monitored from all the other national teams – dominated by locally-based players – for possible call ups to the Black Stars.
“Sometimes we look at the local Black Stars to see if we any player is good enough to join the Black Stars,” he said.
“But anything can still happen. We can still get players who play for the U20 and can easily fit into the senior team, why not? It is possible.”
