Talented Cagliari youngster Godfred Donsah has been issued an entry visa for the FIFA U20 World Cup in New Zealand, GHANASoccernet.com can exclusively report.

Ghana’s leading football website, www.GHANASoccernet.com, earlier on Tuesday reported the player was struggling to acquire a visa to join his teammates.

But his intermediary Oliver Arthur has an update on his situation.

“I had confirmation and the player is going to pick up his visa,” Arthur told GHANASoccernet.com

“I must add that he (Donsah) is raring to go and focused to help the Black Satellites go far at the tournament.”

Donsah is one 13 foreign-based players named in coach Sellas Tetteh's provisional 35-man squad for the tournament which will run from 30 May to 20 June.

He has been a revelation in Italy this term after me impressive displays for relegated Cagliari.

Donsah has scored two goals in 21 appearances this season.

The Black Satellites are currently in Melbourne, Australia preparing for the tournament and have lined up to play Portugal in a friendly on 20 May.
