Besiktas manager Slaven Billic is refusing to sign praises on Daniel Opare following his debut in a Turkish Cup on Thursday.

The 24-year-old enjoyed full time action as the top-flight side managed a resounded 3-1 win over third-tier Sariyer SK.

The Ghanaian international marshaled the right-back role to perfection but manager Slaven Billic is not in a rush to heaps praise on him.

“For the defensive aspect, I think Opare is a strong player but I can only comment on his performance in this game. We need to watch him every day and see,” Bilic said.

Opare signed a six-month loan deal with the club last week from Portuguese giants FC Porto.
