Berekum Chelsea boss Solomon Odwo says he is surprised his side failed to make use of the numerous goal scoring opportunities created in their 2-1 defeat to West Africa football academy.

Chelsea endured their second defeat in the space of four days after goals from Martin Antwi and Samuel Tetteh ensured that Kofi Owusu’s late strike was only a consolation goal.

After the game Solomon Odwo lashed out on his players for being overly wasteful.

“We played very well and created a lot of opportunities but the concentration level and the finishing was our problem,” Odwo told GHANAsoccernet.com

“We will continue to work hard but it surprises me that just some few weeks ago we were firing on all cylinders.”
