"?Sensationalised news stories are hardly a rarity in the modern internet age, and there have been a few floating around recently with the likes of Mesut Ozil and Harry Kane the subjects of barely credible speculation.

That being said, it would be very much plausible that Barcelona manager Luis Enrique could leave the Nou Camp this summer, and Jurgen Klopp is one of the names being suggested to replace him in a leading role.

Spanish outlet "?Don Balon are the ones to bring about the gossip that Klopp could be headed to the European giants, as one of three potential replacements for Enrique if things sour towards the end of the season.

Klopp enjoyed a fruitful run with Borussia Dortmund before his arrival at Liverpool in 2015, and his gegenpressing tactics are starting to work wonders at Anfield.

Having defeated Arsenal and Chelsea at their stadiums and embarked upon a run which has seen the Merseysiders defeated only by Burnley this season, Klopp has led Liverpool to the top of the Premier League.

Whether or not the German can bring Liverpool their first ever Premier League title is another question entirely, though it will intensify the longer they continue to win big games. For now, Klopp is being suggested for one of the biggest clubs in the world.

On the three-man shortlist for Enrique's potential replacement are Klopp and, interestingly, enough, Everton boss Ronald Koeman.

The Dutch manager helped the Toffees to a promising start to the season, though losses to Bournemouth, Burnley and a particularly heavy one to Chelsea have derailed it significantly.

Enrique may not even leave Barcelona anyway, as his future depends on the success of the club this season. If Barca do struggle, the questions remains, would Klopp be tempted by the bright lights of the Nou Camp?
