Liberty Professionals defender Alfred Nelson has set an audacious target of playing for the Black Stars.

The strong centre-back has been in inspired form for the scientific soccer lads this season.

Nelson, a former Unistar Academy youngster, feels he is good enough to represent Ghana at the international level.

“My age is above the under 17, 20 and the Black Meteors so I am aiming at the Black Stars now and I am ready if Grant wants me. It’s always my dream to wear the colours of the Black stars,” he is quoted by sportscrusader.com

Ghana coach Avram Grant has insisted he will open the doors to any promising Ghanaian player irrespective of the country and the division they play.
