Albion aim to build on big win
Brighton boss Chris Hughton has urged his side to build on a 1-0 win over Huddersfield Town which ended a run of seven Premier League games without a victory.
Substitute Florin Andone netted the only goal of the game 11 minutes from time at the Amex Stadium, with the result lifting the Seagulls five points clear of the relegation places.
It's a good result for us, but we need to build on that.
Chris Hughton
Hughton told Sky Sports: "It feels like a big win. Every win we have from now until the end of the season will feel like one, but particularly in the run that we've had.
"For us it's almost a perfect result and we've kept a clean sheet, which also makes us that little more solid.
"We've been unfortunate at times and today was a bit similar to the type of games we've had. You need those moments to go for you and we had that with the goal.
"We didn't expect to go through the season without having a difficult period and that can be at any stage. It's a good result for us, but we need to build on that."
Next up for Albion is a trip to Selhurst Park to take on Crystal Palace next Saturday, with the meeting of the two sides on the South Coast earlier this season having ended in a 3-1 win for the Seagulls.
Brighton can be backed at 5/2 to earn a draw against the Eagles, with a 1-1 final scoreline available at 6/1 and a 2-2 result priced at 20/1.
