Ahmed Adebayo leaves Tammeka to join IK Start in Norway
Nigerian striker Ahmed Adebayo has completed a move to Norwegian club IK Start from Estonian outfit Jalgpallikool Tammeka, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
The 23-year-old forward, a product of Olympic Hybrid FC Abuja, signed a three-year contract following an impressive stint in Estonia where he scored 42 goals and provided 6 assists in 69 appearances.
"I am incredibly happy to be in place in Kristiansand and IK Start! I have really wanted to join the club and I am looking forward to getting started! Right now.", Adebayo told
Adebayo’s career path has also seen him feature for Midtjylland U19 in Denmark, as well as Austrian clubs Leevon Saldus and M?rupes SC. His move to Norway marks another step forward in his promising career.

"We are very happy to have landed Adebayo. We have been following him for a long time and we look forward to working with him and developing him together with the rest of the team. He has shown great will and desire to come here to Kristiansand and he will fit the way we play, says head coach, Azar Karadas.
He joined Tammeka in 2023 and since then has played 69 games, scoring 42 goals and providing 6 assists.
