As the U17 African cup of Nations begins this weekend in Algeria,the African soccer ruling body has cleared the Junior Chipolopolos of Zambia Nigeria's rivals in the group stage to participate in the championship.

According to caf rules,all the participating teams will undergo compulsory Magnetic Resonance Imaging ( MRI) on Tuesday and the results have started coming out.

Nigeria Golden Eaglets Five-time World champions were cleared on Tuesday night after all 26 registered players scaled the hurdle.

The result of Nigeria's group opponent Zambia was released on Wednesday afternoon and all the Ian Bakala boys were cleared.

Zambia will face Golden Eaglets in the opening group game on Sunday in Constantine, Algeria.
