Ten Zambia players will be making their Africa Cup debuts after coach Honour Janza unveiled his final 23-member team on Wednesday.

The biggest casualty not heading to Equatorial Guinea next week is veteran striker James Chamanga who has been denied a sixth successive Africa Cup outing.

The faces in a new-look Zambia include Nkana striker Reynold Kampamba, Red Arrows winger Bruce Musakanya, midfielder Lubambo Musonda of Armenia club FC Ulisses including his Zambia Under-20 team mate Spencer Sautu from Choma Eagles.

Other first-timers are Zesco United midfielder Kondwani Mtonga, who also plays in defence, including his clubmate and striker Jackson Mwanza.

Zanaco utility winger Roderick Kabwe too will grace the tournament for the first time.

Other debutants include the Nkana defensive duo of Donashano Malama and Christopher Munthali.

Janza has also gambled on Arrows and Zambia Under-20 striker Patrick Ngoma despite the player limping through the training camp with an injury.

Ngoma recently inspired the Zambia Under-20 to victory at the 2014 COSAFA Youth Championship held in Zimbabwe in December where he also won the Golden Boot with seven goals.

Meanwhile, axed together with Chamanga are Nchanga Rangers goalkeeper Toaster Nsabata, Arrows defender Bronson Chama and left-back Aaron Katebe from Zimbabwean club FC Platinum.
