Ghana will continue their preparation for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) when they play Dutch top-flight side Cambuur Leuwarden on Thursday.

The Black Stars will play their second pre-AFCON friendly on January 8 in Spain where they are holding their pre-tournament friendly.

Coach Avram Grant's side defeated Portuguese second-tier side Olhanense 3-0 in their first test game which was played on Wednesday.

The team will now step up their intensive training with a match against the Dutch Eredivisie side in Cartaya, Spain.

Cambuur which is managed by Henk De Jong are currently placed seventh on the Eredivisie table.

The match will kick off at 16:00 local time (1500GMT).

Ghana coach Grant is whipping his side into shape before they travel to the Africa Cup of Nations in Equatorial Guinea.
