Newly-signed Aduana Stars coach Yahaya Mohammed has set an audacious target of making the Black Stars squad ahead of the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.

The 27-year-old joined the Dorman-based side on a two-year deal after leaving Libyan side Al Ittihad.

The former Kotoko versatile player wants to use his new platform to break into the Black Stars.

“The first and second game he is going to watch me, trust me he is going to give me a call-up to the national team because I know myself,” he told Starr FM

I know the caliber of player I am and what I can do on the pitch so I am not going to talk too much but I am going to work hard.”

Mohammed was a member of Ghana’s CHAN squad which won silver at the 2014 tournament in South Africa.
