Former Super Eagles player and a member of the NFF Technical and development committee Mutiu Adepoju has stated that the exploit of Nigerian players across different parts of Europe over the course of the weekend is one coming at a good time with the world cup qualifying campaign drawing closer.

Adepoju told footballlive.ng that the improved performance from majority of the Nigerian players will help in the process of raising a highly competitive Senior national team.

Nigeria kick off its third round 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Zambia.
