After three seasons with Kwara United, Abdullahi Biffo has confirmed his departure from the Harmony Boys.

The experienced football gaffer is leaving Kwara United will leave Kwara United with his head held high as the Harony Boys grabbed a continental ticket under him, their first after 11 years.

Biffo was suffering from a health challenge at the backend of last season, which made him go to the United States of America for treatment.

In his absence, Lukman Ijaiya and Mukaila Iyala took charge and finished the season as 4th best on the final NPFL standings.

"I am happy that we picked the continental ticket and I want to appreciate everyone for the supports, criticism and love which helped us succeed.

"I want to appreciate the management for their trust in me in the last 3 years and also my players for the dedication and commitment. Thank you Kwarans." Biffo explained.

In his 3-term stint at Kwara United, Abdullahi Biffo did not lose any home game in the NPFL and also emerged as the coach with the highest number of away wins in a season which is 4.

Meanwhile, the management under Kumbi Titiloye are preparing to name Audu Azeez Muhammed as the new coach of Kwara United.

The former Katsina United gaffer has been on ground since Biffo traveled to US and his contributions in the back rooms helped Kwara United finish 4th.
