2018 FIFA WCQ: Super Eagles camp closes , Players Resume in Uyo next Month for Algeria
Nigeria’s bid to reach a sixth FIFA World Cup will continue next Month in Uyo when the Super Eagles host Led Fennecs of Algeria , November 12, at the Akwa Ibom Stadium.
Gernot Rohr made it two out of two wins since taking the Eagles job and the match day one away victory in the third round World Cup qualifier against Zambia has raised not only the confidence of his players but also the expectations of fans.
Meanwhile, speaking with footballlive.ng on Tuesday, the team coordinator, Patrick Pascal, informed that camp had officially closed after the team’s arrival from Ndola in Sunday; the last group of Super Eagles players will leave today.
Pascal further confirmed the players reconvene for Match day two of the World Cup qualifiers in November against Algeria, and is billed for Uyo.
