Bafana Bafana fans are turning their backs on the national side, following their exit from the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations.

Bafana, who went down 3-1 to Algeria in their opening match and then follow that up with a 1-1 draw against Senegal, exited the competition after losing 2-1 to Ghana on Tuesday.

In a poll on the Sport24 website, when asked "How will they fare against the Black Stars?" some 52% responded "Bafana going home, Ghana will win...".

There are some die-hard Bafana Bafana supporters out there as 31% believed South Africa will beat the Black Stars.

17% of the votes were cast in favour of a draw against Ghana, a result which may be good enough for Ghana to progress but which will see South Africa eliminated from the competition.
