2015 AFCON: Algeria coach to alter starting line-up against 'experienced' Ghana
Algeria coach Christian Gourcuff will ring changes to his starting line up ahead of Friday’s showdown against Ghana.
Majid Bougherra is in pole position to be part of the starting eleven as Gourcuff ponders at least two changes to his set-up.
The coach is most likely to replace Ryad Mahrez with Saphi Taider as the torchbearer midfielder is expected to supply the forward line, according to reports in the Algerian media.
Sofiane Feghouli will be positioned just behind the two strikers. This is an option for Gourcuff, having also observed that Ghana is not an easy opponent and can create a lot of problems in the heart of the park.
In addition, Ghana has experienced in contrast to South Africa who were naïve allowed three goals to be shipped in after taken the lead.
The coach is expected to make his decision on Wednesday or latest Thursday ahead of the crunch tie against the Black Stars.
