Nigeria's Yusuf Otubanjo earned victory for FC Pyunik in the Armenia Premier League over BKMA Yerevan on Wednesday, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

Otubanjo scored a brace to give Pyunik a narrow 1-2 away win in a game where all goals were scored in the first half.

The Nigerian opened the score in the 23rd minute and doubled the lead 2 minutes later.

However, Argishti Petrosyan pulled one back for the hosts to make it 2-1, but there was no change in the scoreline till the end of the match.

Meanwhile, Otubanjo's compatriot, Sani Buhari also featured for 24 mins in the league win.

Pyunik who has played 10 matches this season is 3rd with 22 points while BKMA are 7th with 13 points.
