The Super Eagles will open their camp in Uyo next Monday in preparation for the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying matches against South Africa and Benin Republic, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

All 23 invited players and the coaching staff are expected to arrive on the same day. Finidi George's team will face Bafana Bafana at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo on Friday, 7 June.

Following that, the Super Eagles will take on the Squirrels at the Felix Houphouet Boigny Stadium in Abidjan three days later.

The West African team is aiming for their first win in Group C after drawing with Lesotho and Zimbabwe in their previous matches.

The Super Eagles currently sit in third place in the group with two points.
